One to one Yoga with Carla, set in a beautiful seaside studio just for you to relax and start a journey of self discovery.
Lessons are designed around the needs of the individual without the pressure of a large class. 'Carla makes you feel at ease and tailors the class to your individual requirements' Jane Sukhu.
One to one sessions allow you to deeply connect with yourself. Familiarise yourself with Yoga practise and gain basic Yoga skills which are personal to your own needs.
Taking private lessons is an excellent way to begin your Yoga journey with Carla. Her sessions allow for privacy and the discussion of any medical issues or questions you have that you may not want addressed in front of a group of students.
Carla will also give you one-on-one attention to ensure your proper alignment in every asana. This will help you get to know your own body and help prevent you from any injuries which may occur by practicing alone.
This is also a wonderful time to begin building confidence and nurturing your spiritual well being.
